The
Sacrament of Holy Orders is the
sacrament by which a man is ordained to ministry in the
church. The sacrament of Holy Orders consists in the
ordination of deacons, priests, and bishops.
It is the responsibility of the local church community to
help men discern whether or not they are called to the
Sacrament of Holy Orders.
Any man in the church who is discerning a possible vocation
to Holy Orders should seek the counsel of the Pastor and
then will be referred on to the Diocesan Vocation Director
and the appropriate
Diocesan Formation program for Holy Orders. |
