Youth Ministry |
St.
Simon Youth Ministry is not just a program, but a
relationship which draws youth into the adventure of
discipleship. We are committed to the youth in investing our
time, attention and resources to help them responsibly
participate in the life, mission and work of the Catholic Faith
Community. St. Simon’s Youth Ministry gathers on alternating
Sunday’s from 6:00-7:30 for Jr. High (7th & 8th) and High School
(9th - 12th). Junior High & High School Peer
Teams, Conferences & Pilgrimages (National Catholic Youth
Conference, Steubenville, Youth Rallies, World Youth Day,
Mission trips, service projects,retreats)

Rite of
Christian Initiation of Adults
(R.C.I.A.) |
Are you looking for a way to become
fully initiated into the Church? St. Simon Parish celebrates the
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults commonly known as RCIA.
This Rite provides the way to help you through the process of
becoming a full member of the Roman Catholic Church. Instruction
sessions are currently meeting on Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m.
until 10:30 a.m. or Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00
p.m. Please feel free to call Teresa at 843-8164 for additional
information or if you have any questions. All are welcome!

St. Simon Parish invites all 2007
Parish Graduates to participate in the the 9:30am Mass on June
3, 2007. Immediately following mass a prayer service and
breakfast will be served to the Graduates and their immediate
family members. |
